About

UCS is a role-play simulation that gives participants the opportunity to engage in negotiations as actors from various levels of the drug war in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.  Conflicts around the world involve actors of all different types – many of whom don’t care what resolutions the diplomats pass.  This is why UCS is so different: you won’t sit around a table and vote on resolutions.  Instead, you’ll build coalitions, hold secret negotiations, and make back room deals.
